On Target Utility Services, headquartered in Gardiner, Maine, provides locating and construction services to utility, cable, and private customers throughout New England. We have also provided emergency storm repair services for utility clients in Canada.
Operating from two offices in Maine and one each in Massachusetts and Connecticut, On Target employs more than 250 skilled employees who provide safe, cost effective, and reliable service to all our customers.
